Relaxation Tips


Relaxation is so very important when you have a stressful day life. I do not know about you, but when I get home from work I want to take some time for myself, settled down and relax. Here are some of my top relaxation tips to help your daydream time go even better!


  1. Change it Up – When you come home, get changed into something comfortable.
  2. Take Five – Sit down for five minutes and do nothing. Close your eyes.
  3. Breathe – Practice some deep breathing while you take five.
  4. Listen – Put on some relaxing music or nature sounds.
  5. View – Beautiful art or nature scenes to help your mind relax.
  6. Eat – Don’t forget your body needs fuel.
  7. Put Your Feet Up – Prop up your feet for fifteen minutes.
  8. Rest – Allow yourself some downtime
  9. Bubbles – Take a bubble bath.
  10. Toast – Pour yourself your favorite drink and indulge.
