- Breathe – Practice some deep breathing while you take five.
- Listen – Put on some relaxing music or nature sounds.
- View – Beautiful art or nature scenes to help your mind relax.
- Eat – Don’t forget your body needs fuel.
- Put Your Feet Up – Prop up your feet for fifteen minutes.
- Rest – Allow yourself some downtime
- Bubbles – Take a bubble bath.
- Toast – Pour yourself your favorite drink and indulge.
